A puppy development specialist, Laura brings nearly two decades of experience helping dogs and dog owners, having taught literally hundreds of public dog training classes and worked one-on-one with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments through her training and daycare business WOOFS!

Laura’s experience working with training clients suffering with dogs exhibiting serious behavioral issues has led to her interest in breeding solid family dogs. Laura’s strong scientific background — she has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Georgetown — drives her approach to dog breeding, rearing, and training.

Her experience and expertise are often called on within the dog training industry, and Laura relishes sharing her knowledge to further the education and career goals of fellow dog professionals through speaking engagements at national dog training conferences.

For fun, Laura trains her dogs in agility, competing at the USDAA Masters level.
